Collaborative Partner Stand-in Terms and Conditions
These are stand-in terms and conditions that guide Collaborative Partners. The stand-in is required while the comprehensive T&Cs document is being developed.
When considering the breadth and depth of the role of CPs, it is prudent that Peace Evolution spells out the governance under which they conduct themselves.
Let’s highlight some of the heads of understanding.

We Are NOT A Mutual Fit
A CP might realize along the way that they did not understand the extent of the CP role.
It could become evident that the Custodians of PE realize that a CP does not understand the extent of their role.
In both these cases, we would thus realize the CP is not a mutual fit. When this occurs, the CP would be unconditionally relieved of their duties and the CP would exit.
One Hundred Percent of Deferred Income Written Off
Where a CP and PE are not a mutual fit, and where a CP has accumulated Deferred Income, it is one hundred percent written off.

Autonomous, Accountable, and Responsible
CPs are not employees, freelancers, or contractors.
They are part of PE and they collaborate autonomously and are accountable and responsible to themselves as a cohesive team of like-minded CPs while continuously delivering product value.
Minimum of Sixty Hours Monthly Capacity
It is required that each CP has a minimum of sixty hours capacity per month for their collaboration at PE with the CP team. From experience, we have come to realize that where a CP has less than this minimum capacity, it is too difficult for them to deliver product value.
In specific and prior arranged cases, this requirement for a CP is waived. This waiving does not absolve the CP from continuously delivering product value.
Unless waived, as arranged before joining, a CP has thirty days to correct their capacity where they fall short.
Infrastructure To Deliver Product Value
Each CP needs a reliable desktop or laptop. And needs Internet connectivity with failover.
Each CP needs electricity with failover electricity.
A CP is responsible for their infrastructure which is one hundred percent for their account.
Subject Matter Expert
A CP is required to be an expert in their role. In specific cases, this subject matter expert skills level would be waived, where arranged before joining PE.
Teams of Eight CPs Form An Income Circle
This is covered in the Digital Onboarding Course.
The money the income circles make in a month is shared equally by the CPs in their Income Circle. It is up to the eight CPs to make the money they earn.
The monthly income is capped at a maximum amount as determined by the governance.
A CP earns the monthly capped income (MCI) from day one of joining. This is deferred until the CP’s Income Circle makes enough money to cover the MCI and the deferred income, at which time the deferred income is paid out in addition to the MCI, based on the deferred income payment plan.
Though each Income Circle is responsible for their income, Income Circle CPs assist other Income Circles in making money.
Where PE and CPs don’t make money for whatever reason, CPs need to see their energy investment as volunteering.
Peace Evolution is NOT a Volunteer Organization
A CP needs to understand that PE is NOT a volunteer organization. By approaching evolving inner peace with ourselves and humanity in this way, viz, thinking that PE is a volunteer organization, the CP does not understand their undertaking.
On joining PE, a CP has undertaken to disrupt the status quo of Second-choice Living, by making the step change to their First-choice Self.
By implication, this is an absolute undertaking.
CPs, and no one is able to live in both states. Making the step change to your First-choice Self is irreversible. It is a concrete step. You are able to use this acid test to see whether your step change is absolute and concrete: Your Actions and Behavior are to the Benefit of Everyone and Everything.
Where the acid test reveals that it is not the case, the CP and anyone is living their Second-choice Self, and by extension, living only to prove themselves.
In keeping with PE’s vision, this forms part of the status quo that PE and CPs are disrupting: Starting with ourselves.
This is how PE and CPs are evolving inner peace with ourselves and humanity.
First Do What Matters Most
Anyone hearing of PE and contemplating joining as a CP, know this. PE is a place where you are safe to be true to yourself.
The reality is, though we have fun, and it forms part of our vision, making the step change to your First-choice Self, requires courage and being brutally honest with yourself.
Don’t underestimate this.
People, generally speaking, and CPs specifically, seeing as this pertains to CPs, sincerely think that we are able to live in both states, FCS and SCS, interchangeably. This understanding perpetuates our need to prove ourselves and is not possible whatsoever.
This is vested in not having the requisite courage and honesty.
Furthermore, by implication, we are hereby living a nonauthentic life, and lacking integrity.
This is evident in your yearning for a different life, or living with the feeling that something seems missing.
The answer is simple, we ourselves are missing in our lives. Evident from wanting to prove ourselves.
Do What Matters Most & Live With Purpose
Attending Weekly Meetings
A CP is required to contemplate their stance on their integrity, whether they are being held hostage by their SCS, and whether they are indeed wanting to disrupt the status quo, starting with themselves.
A CP who lives their integrity is not economical with their integrity by considering a meeting-to-meeting decision to participate in each meeting.
That is missing the point and being economical with their integrity. It works this way instead. The single choice made to join PE as a CP by implication is you deciding to participate at all times. If this is not how a CP sees this scenario, by implication we are not a mutual fit.
Governance, A CP Prerogative
A CP on joining PE is automatically part of the governance and the running of Peace Evolution.
A CP, as part of being autonomous, to ensure harmony, collaborates within PE’s governance.
A CP collaborates and contributes to evolving PE’s governance.
Copyright and Plagiarism
Where a CP uses Copyrighted material and content and PE is sued for any violation the sued value is for the account of the CP.
The same applies to where a CP plagiarises other work, the CP is liable for the amount sued.
Disputes
Whenever a dispute arises for whatever reason, a quorum of CPs and Custodians needs to resolve the dispute.
PE, CPs, Custodians, and the CP with whom the dispute exists are encouraged to be reasonable in finding a way to resolve whatever the disagreement is.
Every party should endeavor to remedy the disagreement amicably and reasonably.
