About The Role
We are seeking a talented and engaging Digital Course Designer to join our growing team of Collaborative Partners. You would play a key role in developing and delivering high-quality digital learning material and programs that equip trainees with the necessary skills and knowledge. And achieve our discoverability goals that attract candidates to join the Peace Evolution team. And to increase our messaging via digital training programs, including videos that attract trainees to evolve inner peace with humanity.
Responsibilities
- Develop & Deliver Learning Programs: Design, develop, and deliver engaging and informative learning programs tailored to specific trainee needs.
- Curriculum Expertise: Possess strong subject matter expertise in relevant learning areas as and when required.
- Instructional Design: Apply instructional innovation principles to create clear, concise, and effective learning experiences.
- Delivery Methods: Utilize a variety of engaging virtual delivery methods and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Develop and implement assessments to evaluate trainee progress and measure the effectiveness of trainee methods and programs.
- Learner Engagement: Foster an interactive learning environment that promotes active participation and learning retention.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Remain current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning fields. And spice up content with your innovation and creativity.
- Collaboration: Work with Collaborative Partner subject matter experts, designers, brand, messaging, and other stakeholders (Collaborative Partners) to ensure learning effectiveness.
Qualifications
- With 4+ years of experience as a Trainer and Educator.
- Strong subject matter expertise in learning related fields as and when required.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging and informative learning programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to effectively engage trainees.
- Experience with various instructional models and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in using and creating LMSs (learning management systems.)
- Ability to adapt digital training styles to diverse audiences and trainee needs.
- Passion for learning and development and a commitment to continuous program improvement.
- Proficiency in Scrum and Sprint principles is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously, independently, and as part of a vibrant and like-minded team of Collaborative Partners.
