About The Role
We are seeking a talented and data-driven Email Marketing Manager to join our marketing team of Collaborative Partners. You would be instrumental in developing and executing strategic email marketing campaigns that nurture leads, drive engagement, and achieve our business goals that attract candidates to join the Peace Evolution team. And proliferate our video messaging via emails to attract readers to evolving inner peace with humanity.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Creation: Develop engaging email copy that resonates with our target audience and aligns with the brand voice, about evolving inner peace with humanity.
- Campaign Management: Plan, schedule, and execute email marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms. For instance, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, and PipeDrive.
- Segmentation & Targeting: Segment email lists and personalize content to increase engagement and conversion rates.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email content, and design elements to optimize campaign performance.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze email campaign performance metrics. For instance, email receive rates, open rates, click-through rates, and generate insightful dashboards and reports.
- List Management & Health: Maintain and clean email subscriber lists to ensure deliverability and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with brand, design, content marketing, messaging, and sales teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up-to-date with email marketing trends, best practices, and GDPR to elevate campaign strategies. And spice up content with your innovation and creativity.
Qualifications
- With 4+ years of experience in email marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, privacy, GDPR, and principles.
- Experience with email marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging email content.
- Analytical mind with a strong understanding of email marketing metrics and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously according to our content calendar.
- Proficiency in Scrum and Sprint principles is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously, independently, and as part of a vibrant and like-minded team of Collaborative Partners.
