About The Role
We seek a results-oriented LinkedIn/Indeed Recruiter to join our growing team of Collaborative Partners. You would be instrumental in our recruitment engagement on LinkedIn/Indeed, sourcing top talent and building a funnel with suitable candidates for our organization. And achieve our discoverability goals that attract candidates to join the Peace Evolution team. And increase our messaging via videos that attract viewers to evolving inner peace with humanity.
Responsibilities
- Candidate Engagement: Utilize LinkedIn/Indeed functionalities and a strategy to identify expert candidates.
- Building Relationships: Engage candidates on LinkedIn/Indeed, fostering and building relationships.
- Sincere Outreach: Craft effective messaging to attract and generate interest in our company for required subject matter experts.
- Building an Employer Of Choice Brand: Contribute to building our organization’s brand on LinkedIn/Indeed so we become a first-choice for subject matter experts.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify and improve our engagement process and strategy.
- Staying Current: Be in the know of LinkedIn/Indeed recruiting features and best practices. And spice up engaging with your innovation and creativity.
Qualifications
- With 4+ years of experience in recruitment, and talent engagement.
- Proven record in sourcing expert candidates via the LinkedIn/Indeed platform.
- Rapport of the engagement lifecycle. For instance, engage, evaluate, discuss, invite.
- Streetwise communication and interpersonal skills, including building relationships with candidates.
- Devotion to building relationships and fostering candidate experiences.
- Proficiency in Scrum and Sprint principles is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously, independently, and as part of a vibrant and like-minded team of Collaborative Partners.
