About The Role
We are seeking a passionate and confident YouTube Livestream Host to join our growing team of Collaborative Partners. You would be the face of our live content, engaging audiences, delivering our valuable messaging, and fostering a dynamic online community. And achieve our discoverability goals that attract candidates to join the Peace Evolution team. And increase our messaging via videos that attract viewers to evolving inner peace with humanity.
Responsibilities
- Livestream Development: Collaborate with Collaborative Partner teams (brand, marketing, messaging, content) to formulate and develop engaging livestream ideas.
- Research: Conduct thorough research on entrusted matters to ensure relevant messaging and enticing, and insightful live discussions.
- Live Hosting: Captivate viewers with your presence, delivering our messaging with engaging introductions, transitions, and summaries.
- Interactive Engagement: Foster audience participation by responding to comments, and questions.
- Content Delivery: Present information in a clear, concise, and enthusiastic manner, tailoring your approach to diverse audiences, with our messaging.
- Spontaneity & Adaptability: Spontaneously adapt to surprising situations while maintaining our messaging as a smooth and engaging live experience.
- Post-Production Review: Retrospectively analyze with Collaborative Partner teams to introspect livestream performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Staying Up to Date: Keep abreast of trends and best practices for live streaming content, without losing your voice. And spice up content with your innovation and creativity.
Qualifications
- With 4+ years of experience. For instance, online presenting, public speaking, and content creation.
- Strong sense and experience of live streaming platforms and audience engagement techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with a natural and engaging online presence.
- Ability to spontaneously adapt as live situations change in an online environment.
- A passion for Peace Evolution’s messaging and the ability to translate its complex nature into engaging content.
- Experience and being comfortable with teleprompter use.
- Comfortable and at ease with audio and visual equipment.
- Proficiency in Scrum and Sprint principles is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously, independently, and as part of a vibrant and like-minded team of Collaborative Partners.
