About The Role
We seek a natural Problem Solver Specialist to join our growing team of Collaborative Partners. You would be the person of choice for identifying and solving obstacles, hurdles, and blockers whenever required. And achieve our discoverability goals that attract candidates to join the Peace Evolution team. And increase our messaging via articles and video content that attract viewers to evolving inner peace with humanity.
Responsibilities
- Problem Analysis: Analyze problem statements, to identify their root cause.
- Solutions. Address and solve problem statements at their root cause.
- Evaluate: Measure solutions as needed, implement new or change SOPs (standard operating procedures.)
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with relevant Collaborative Partners.
- Problem Management: Manage and prioritize solutions and tasks.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share problem-solving solutions to evolve Collaborative Partner knowledge to proactively prevent problems in general.
Qualifications
- With 5+ years of experience in problem-solving, and process improvement.
- Natural analytical and critical thinking to identify the root cause of easy and complex problems.
- Innovate and creative problem-solving to sustained solutions.
- Manage multiple projects effectively, by prioritizing solution activities.
- A passion for continuous learning and improvement. And spice up engaging with your innovation and creativity.
- Proficiency in Scrum and Sprint principles is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously, independently, and as part of a vibrant and like-minded team of Collaborative Partners.
