About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Video Host to join our growing team. You would be the face of our brand, leading the charge in creating engaging and informative video content that attracts candidates to join the Peace Evolution team. And proliferate our message via video to attract viewers for evolving inner peace. The videos would be posted via our social media networks, websites, and with our marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Hosting Excellence: Deliver captivating performances with clear, confident, and engaging communication.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams (brand, messaging, scriptwriting, production) to develop compelling video concepts and storylines, about evolving inner peace with humanity.
- Script Delivery: Breathe life into scripts, showcasing exceptional articulation, improvisation skills, and natural charisma, holding viewers' attention.
- Audience Engagement: Foster a strong connection with viewers, fostering trust and interest in the content.
- Adaptability: Be comfortable in various video formats. For instance, interviews, product demos, and Explainer videos.
- Sincere Demeanor: Maintain a sincere and modest presence at all times.
- Staying Sharp: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices for video hosting, and spicing it with your innovation and creativity.
Qualifications
- With 4+ years of experience as a video host, presenter, or on-camera personality.
- Proven track record of creating engaging, innovative, and informative video content.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a clear articulate and creative voice.
- Magnetic presence and the ability to connect with audiences on a personal level.
- Strong ability to deliver scripts naturally.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A passion for video content creation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously according to our content calendar.
- Proficiency in Scrum and Sprint principles is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously, independently, and as part of a vibrant and like-minded team.
