About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Social Media Manager to join our growing team of Collaborative Partners. You would be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and community growth across various platforms. For instance, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube. And achieve our communication goals that attract candidates to join the Peace Evolution team. And increase our messaging via videos that attract readers to evolving inner peace with humanity.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy that aligns with our overall marketing messaging.
- Content Creation: Craft compelling and engaging social media content, text, images, and videos, in line with brand voice, messaging, and target audience.
- Community Management: Actively manage and grow our social media communities through engaging interactions and fostering meaningful connections.
- Social Listening & Analytics: Monitor online conversations, analyze social media data, and generate dashboards and reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Paid Social Advertising (as and when): Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to reach wider audiences and achieve specific goals, experience a plus.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platforms to optimize our social media presence. And spice up content with your innovation and creativity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (brand, marketing, messaging, design, content) to create cohesive social media campaigns.
Qualifications
- With 4+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices and principles with clear messaging.
- Experience with major social media platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills with a keen eye for visual storytelling.
- Analytical mind with the ability to interpret social media data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with relevant Collaborative Partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously according to our content calendar.
- Passion for social media and a desire to stay on top of industry trends.
- Proficiency in Scrum and Sprint principles is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously, independently, and as part of a vibrant and like-minded team of Collaborative Partners.
