About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Specialist Business Analyst of NON-IT products to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and developing Agile solutions that optimize processes and drive strategic growth. And achieve our business goals that attract candidates to join the Peace Evolution team. And increase our messaging that attracts viewers to evolve inner peace with humanity.
Responsibilities
- As a Collaborative Partner and stakeholder, partner with relevant stakeholders across various departments, brand, sales, marketing, messaging, and operations, to understand their challenges and business objectives.
- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements for NON-IT products to ensure clarity and alignment with Collaborative Partner (stakeholder) needs.
- Develop user stories, use cases, and other business documentation to translate requirements into actionable Agile plans.
- Work closely with teams to facilitate clear communication of business requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate solutions, considering feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and long-term impact.
- Manage project lifecycles, including scope definition, timeline creation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead or participate in workshops and training sessions to facilitate knowledge transfer and user adoption.
- Analyze data and key metrics to measure the success of implemented solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis. And spice up content with your innovation and creativity.
Qualifications
- With 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst for NON-IT products.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and resolving business problems through analysis and Agile implementation.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis techniques. For instance, UML and SOPs.
- Expertise in eliciting and documenting business requirements using clear and concise communication.
- Experience collaborating with various business stakeholders (Collaborative Partners).
- Proficiency in Agile project planning.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and collaborative platforms. For instance, Jira or Azure.
- Proficiency in Scrum and Sprint principles is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously, independently, and as part of a vibrant and like-minded team of Collaborative Partners.
