About The Role
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic YouTube Video Creator to join our growing team of Collaborative Partners. You would be part of our YouTube content team, responsible for the YouTube content creation lifecycle, from ideation to production and promotion, to achieve our business goals that attract candidates to join the Peace Evolution team. And proliferate our video messaging to attract viewers ready for evolving inner peace with humanity.
Responsibilities
- Concept Development: Brainstorm and pitch creative video ideas that align with our brand, messaging, and target audience, about evolving inner peace with humanity.
- Scriptwriting & Storyboarding: Develop engaging scripts and storyboards to guide video production.
- Filming & Editing: Film high-quality video footage using professional equipment, or strong smartphone videography skills, and edit them with expertise. For instance, Descript, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.
- On-Camera Presence: Deliver captivating on-camera performances with clear, confident, and engaging communication, where applicable.
- Thumbnail & Title Creation: Craft eye-catching thumbnails and titles that optimize video discoverability.
- SEO Optimization: Utilize relevant keywords and optimize video descriptions for YouTube searches.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on titles to optimize video performance.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with viewers in the comments section and foster a community around our channel.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track video performance metrics. For instance, views, engagement, and subscriber growth, and provide insightful dashboards and reports.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with YouTube trends and best practices to elevate content and channel growth. And spicing up content with your innovation and creativity.
Qualifications
- With 4+ years of experience creating video content for YouTube or other online platforms, a plus.
- Strong understanding of video production principles and techniques, filming, editing, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in video editing software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and on-camera, where applicable.
- A creative mind with a passion for developing engaging and informative video content.
- Excellent time management and organization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, according to our content calendar.
- Strong analytical skills with an interest in understanding video performance data.
- Familiarity with YouTube SEO and audience engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in Scrum and Sprint principles is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously, independently, and as part of a vibrant and like-minded team of Collaborative Partners.
