About The Role
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic YouTube Video Specialist to join our team of Collaborative Partners. You would play a key role in creating engaging video content that attracts candidates to join the Peace Evolution team. And proliferate our message via video to attract viewers for evolving inner peace. The videos would be posted via our social media networks, websites, and with our marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, develop, and produce high-quality video content across various formats. For instance, Explainer videos, product introduction videos, and messaging about evolving inner peace.
- Collaborate with internal teams (brand, marketing, messaging, design, content) to understand content needs and objectives.
- Scriptwriting and storyboarding to ensure clear and captivating video messaging.
- Film and edit video footage using professional editing software. For instance, Descript, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.
- Integrate compelling visuals, motion graphics, animations, and stock footage, to enhance video storytelling.
- Optimize video content for various online platforms. For instance, YouTube, and Social Media networks.
- Stay up-to-date on video trends and best practices to elevate and innovate content quality.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in video production or a related field.
- Strong understanding of video editing principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in video editing software. Descript, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills with an eye for detail, innovation, and creativity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with filming techniques and basic knowledge of camera operation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously according to our content calendar.
- Passion for video content creation and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills.
- An innovative eye for detail and a passion for storytelling are required with each video.
- Proficiency in Scrum and Sprint principles is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously, independently, and as part of a vibrant and like-minded team.
